6. The oil temperature is too high
cause of issue:
The cooling effect of the oil cooler decreases;
Insufficient oil cooling water supply;
Abnormal wear and tear of the compressor of condensing unit;

Method of exclusion:
The oil cooler is dirty and needs to be cleaned;
increase water supply;
Check the compressor of condensing unit;

7. Oil pressure is too low
cause of issue:
The oil pressure gauge is damaged or the pipeline is blocked;
Too little oil in the crankcase;
Improper adjustment of oil pressure regulating valve;
Too much refrigerant is dissolved in the lubricating oil in the crankcase;
The backlash or section clearance of the oil pump gear is too large;
The oil suction pipe is not smooth or the filter is blocked;
There is freon gas in the oil pump;

Method of exclusion:
Change the oil pressure gauge or blow through the pipeline;
add lubricating oil;
Correctly adjust the oil pressure regulating valve;
Close the opening of the expansion valve;
Replace or repair gear clearance;
Blow through the suction pipe and clean the filter;
Fill the oil pump with oil and discharge the gas.

8. Oil pressure is too high
cause of issue:
The oil pressure gauge is damaged or the value is incorrect;
Improper adjustment of oil pressure regulating valve;
The oil drain line is blocked;

Method of exclusion:
Change the oil pressure gauge;
Correctly adjust the oil pressure regulating valve;
Blow through the oil drain line.
